I typically only do takeout, however, just from those small interactions I have to say the Hector and Erick are the type of servers you want greeting your guests. They are an example of excellent service. Also, the bacon Asiago chicken is my favorite and this restaurant does it pretty well.

I wouldn't recommend this place for people just visiting Hawaii for a couple days unless there aren't any better options. It's good for a last minute, quick, relatively affordable dinner with a predictable menu. I've visited 3 times so far, and each experience was okay. 2 times I had a small issue, but I was compensated for it. If there's something wrong with your meal, the servers are quick to either replace, change, or comp your meal, whichever you want more. RECOMMENDATIONS: Good: Salmon, steak, burger, zucchini, and the soup of the day (whatever they got). **Make sure to order your steak more cooked than you usually get it. So if you usually order medium rare, order medium instead. Bad: The macaroni meal and side of macaroni, and the chicken is kind of dry. Overall, this restaurant is better than fast food, but not as grand as some other restaurants here in Hawaii.

First time eating at a Ruby Tuesday despite having one locally that I haden't had the chance to visit. Food was excellent. Portions were excellent and great value for the money for a family of four. Menu had a plethora of options and made it very hard not to order a few different choices at once. It's rare but a good thing to have a lot of menu options because it makes it easier to change things up on the next visit and address picky eaters (have a couple in the family). They had a great happy hour promo at the time we dined in and saved on half the cost of the appetizers we planned on ordering. Endless refills on more options of drinks than another similar restaurant and the service was excellent. Atmosphere was great and we were seated and served very quickly. Very friendly server who was very polite and informative. Next time I visit Hawaii, the family will be sure to visit this restaurant as the go to. As a big plus it close by the airport and close by a very large Target store making it a very convenient location on top.of everything else. Can't go wrong with this Ruby Tuesday. Deserves multiple visits every visit.

We had the opportunity to be serviced by Chelsea and she was very Efficient. Always smiling, she never let our drinks touch the bottom of the glass without bringing us refills. Unfortunately my dad and little brother including myself was full but she did offer us dessert. If you will visit, I definitely recommend asking for Chelsea if you are in the neighborhood.

our waiter, stache, made our entire night. his personality and enthusiasm was fantastic, he helped us pick between a few things to eat and he did not steer us wrong. i hope he gets some sort of recognition, he made a great impression on us and we will for sure be back in hopes of him being our waiter. also the food was great, i got the loco moco, and my husband got the asiago chicken, both great choices and we really enjoyed them.

Loved the Atmosphere and Seating. Think, there was soft music. Seating was good and somewhat Spacious. Enjoyed Varities of Foods, which was Delicious Lines were long, but it was Worth it. Prices was not too pricey.

Lorena was awesome! She was our waitress and was so attentive and sweet! The food, drinks, and laughs were amazing before my flight out!
